ITANAGAR: First-ever capital complex Futsal Tournament concluded successfully at T & A arena ground, Papu Nallah. The programme was graced by the hon'ble Sports Minister of state Shri Mama Natung, where the minister spoke on the significance of participation in sports.

The state of Arunachal Pradesh has witnessed a growing number of futsal sports games, which is a football game but played on an indoor court. On the 13th of October first-ever capital Complex, Futsal Tournament concluded successfully at T & A ground at Papu Nallah.
The Hon'ble Sports Minister who graced the concluding ceremony stated, "Arunachal Pradesh can grow positively if the youths focus more on sports rather than indulging in drugs menaces and playing games over cellphone "
Further, he clarified that " the government has recently taken up air-gun surrender policy among the citizens, especially of the district regions, therefore people must welcome it "
He continued saying, "why is it necessary to kill a beautiful bird up in the tree with our guns, our people have the habit of shooting or killing the birds whatever bird they see, this should stop, sport is such a beautiful platform, why not showcase the talent here in the sport and bring laurel for the state"
Natung also expressed that, " we need to adhere to discipline and sincerity in life, such programme should also be held as per time and not delayed"
