"Yingkiong Reels under Darkness since a Fortnight" : Authority dives in.

YINGKIONG: The monsoonal months bring sorrow to every nook and corner of the state of Arunachal Pradesh, not just the natural disasters pertaining to the Landslides and Roadblocks but even the power supply. Unlike every preceding year, this year the East side of Arunachal reported a rainfall deficit however the amount of rainfall that received was no less than the roaring forties and the furious fifties, it has proved its impact negatively in every corner of the state.
One such has been reported from Yingkiong, the Headquarter of Upper Siang.
A denizen of Yingkiong Shaan Jijong has reportedly informed the SPACE Media that the town perils under the acute power supply, leading the denizens to reel under darkness. The town has spent a fortnight without a power supply.
Team SPACE further dived in to confirm the said issue, wherein the netizens confirmed the poor power supply condition in Yingkiong for almost two weeks.
On the evening of 5th September 2021, Er. Ojin Tekseng had a telephonic conversation with the SPACE and added that " currently the team of Engineers, with Gb and Zila Parishad Chairperson are striving hard to bring in supply from 'Angong village", and while the news is being updated the team are on the way to Yingkiong by continuously checking the electrical lines.
Tekseng has informed that Angong is appx 70km from the Yingkiong HQ and when enquired about the exact location where the electricity might be disrupted, Tekseng abruptly reported that almost all the locations have been restored, and by the 6th of September 2021, probably the power supply would get normalized.
Having enquired by the SPACE on the surety of the statement, Er. Tekseng replied affirmatively.
