UPDATE: HNLC ordered Shoot at sight against the Meghalaya Home Minister Lahkmen Rymbui

In a breaking report from the correspondent of the SPACE in Shillong, the team SPACE has been informed of astounding news pertaining to the unprecedented step down of the Meghalaya Home Minister Lahkmen Rymbui. The Home Minister has submitted a resignation letter to the table of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Meghalaya Shri Conrad Sangma. But there has been no news from the CM.
On the other side, the militant group HNLC has ordered shoot at sight against the Meghalaya Home Minister.
The SPACE correspondent further stated, 'HNLC believes that the untimely killing of the former HNLC member can't be just a mere police encounter but instead it has a definite link from the higher authorities and the Home Minister is answerable for that, so we want him to shoot at sight"
The deceased Late Chesterfield Thangkiew's two sons has been currently taken into the police custody for interrogation.
Further, the SPACE Correspondent informed,"There has been petrol bombing outside the Chief Minister's personal Residence"
The 75th Independence Day, unfortunately, turned a black day for the Meghalayan. The Violence still persists, the curfew has been further extended, the internet has been shut down and the vibes of uncertainty still prevails and the entire Shillong is still engulfed with the mist of forlorn and despondency.
"The HNLC militant has planned to declare the deceased as a Martyr, the death of the former surrendered militant member have gained the people's emotions and sentiment, the militant group is said to have its increasing supporters not just from the pressure groups in Shillong but even from the various sections of NGOs", said the SPACE correspondent Ninok Shin
