State women’s football championship: Lohit & PapumPare enters quarterfinals

State: This is an Update in connection to the state women's football championship which The SPACE had followed since Day 1, it's a 10 day-long football tournament held at the Sangey Lhaden Sports Academy, in Chimpu.
After defeating the energetic women team from the Lower Dibang Valley and Women's College Lekhi, Lohit and Papum Pare entered into the quarterfinals of the State Women’s Football Championship on the 28th of October 2021.
Match Details from The SPACE
Lohit Scored a 3-0 win against Lower Dibang Valley, Oyinggebi Lego scored an Unfortunate own goal in the 20th minute of the first half. Roshni Manyu and Ani Tayang provided victory to Lohit making its way to the quarter finals. Badim Boo who is the captain of Lohit was adjudged the best player of the match.
Coming to the match between Papumpare and WCL, Papum Par defeated Women’s College Lekhi in their second match of the league round.
Debia Hawty of WCL and Techi Amin of Papum Pare scored 1-1 each making it an equalizer for the first half, however Papum Pare got another sic goals in its second half which completely boosted the spirits of the playing 11. Techi Amin scored four goals while Techi Akung completed her hat-trick and won the match by score 7-2. Debia Hawty of WCL however contributed one goal for the team in the 59th minute.
Techi Amin , the captain of Papumpare was declared player of the match for her four goals.
