RGU is set for the XIXth convocation ceremony on the 30th of November 2021

RONO HILLS: Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) shall witness a momentous XIXth annual convocation ceremony tomorrow on 30th of November 2021, Wherein various students shall be conferred degrees to mark the convocation event at RGU Campus.

Degrees shall be conferred to 33, Ph.D. , 6 MPhil, 913 PG, and 6712 Undergraduates students making a total of 7,664 students, As per the report. (RGU)
The gold medallist, Ph.D., and MPhil students shall receive
their degrees on the occasion tomorrow on 30th of November, while the rest of the students (UG/PG) will be
awarded their degrees in the virtual mode via Google Meet (joining info:
https://meet.google.com/hyn-zgty-gcv).
The gold medals for the toppers of each department/subject
in PG (31) and UG (29) courses and the Chancellor’s Gold Medal and the Vice
Chancellor’s Gold Medals for the overall toppers of PG and UG, respectively,
will also be awarded in person during the convocation. (Ar. Times)
The convocation shall witness the address from the dignitaries, viz his excellency the Governor and Chief Rector of RGU, BD Mishra, former NCERT director Prof Jagmohan Singh Rajput, and the Hon'ble Education Minister Taba Tedir.
The commencement of the programme shall be from 10:30 am, at RGU’s convention hall.
