President Hawa Bagang Clarifies : AAPSU has always kept its stand on the offspring issue, the bill will never be passed

when the social media was stormed with the proposal of Marriage and inheritance of property bill, AAPSU President Hawa Bagang abruptly gave his clarification that AAPSU had already gone through series of meeting three times since 2017 under chairperson Alo Libang and Social Justice & Empowerment & Tribal Affairs ( SJETA), Secretary Ms. Niharika Rai.
Bagang mentioned that AAPSU has always been at the forefront when it came to the issue of offspring, wherein the offspring of Non-APST father enjoying the APST benefits.
Bagang stated, "Women commission ka taraf se bulawa aya tha DK Convention me, waha me do chij bohot charcha me tha ,ek he APST woman married to Non-APST man, aur ek he Polygamy, toh kafi charcha hua, mera toh clear kehna he ki , jo offspring issue jo already mera table me he , yaha me aaplog jo bhi pass karo main manne wala nahi hoon, waha voting bhi dalo bolata toh maine clearly bola main nahi dalunga, toh majority pass karo bolke voting dalatha lekin maine reject kardiatha"
AAPSU, President expressed those who marry a Non-APST, their ST certificate should be immediately confiscated and after marriage to an outsider, the state government should issue a marriage certificate. Having said this he bellowed, "shadi hojane ke baad yeh log kiya kartai apna Non-APST pati ko tribal bananekliye ghumtahe, yeh right nahi hain"
He explained that the APST woman after marriage doesn't go her Non-APST husband's domicile but instead stays back in the state and creates a nuisance.
He further appealed to the masses of Arunachal Pradesh to not worry about the bill since it would never be passed in the assembly, stating, "yeh kabhi pass ho hi nahi hosaktai"
Bagang requested SJETA to bring forth the update of the draft regarding the offspring issue by Monday.
Garrulously he stated, "when one sees back in the history, all the major wars have been due to woman and land"
He went on to appeal to the woman responsible for the draft to adhere to the ethics of transparency in the work process, let the public be aware of it and avoid working seclusively.
