Officials of SKS Infra Project Pvt Ltd Arrested by Tirap Police in connection with the tragic death of three minors

TIRAP:
On the 9th of October 2021,DC Tirap informed SPACE Media about the incident pertaining to the death of
three children that had occurred in between the stretch of road connecting
Khonsa and Longding, in connection to that an update has been provided on the
same, wherein two officials of SKS Infra Project Pvt Ltd has been arrested.

On October 13, a committee led by Tirap DC Taro Mize as its chairman was formed to decipher the whole incident leading to the tragic death of the three minors.
"The committee has submitted its report on October 20, wherein the information related to the post mortem confirmed that the children died due to asphyxia resulting from ante mortem drowning. " sourced added.
Antemortem injuries are those injuries a body has received before death. After death, the body usually does not bleed. However, there are exceptions. For instance, when a person drowns, their body usually floats face down and this results in the head becoming congested with blood.
Two officials of SKS Infra Project Pvt Ltd in connection with the death of three children in the Tirap district have been finally arrested by the Tirap Police.
As per the Tirap Police Station, The bereaved families had lodged an FIR against the construction company after the news had surpassed.
Umesh Kumar Tripathi (47), assistant engineer (structure) and Anil Kumar (51), project manager of SKS Infra Project Pvt Ltd are the names of the persons associated with the company who has been arrested by the Tirap Police, wherein Mr. Kumar has been served Under section 41 A(1) of CrPC.
According to the sources, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has requested the state government to provide compensation under the Arunachal Pradesh Victim Compensation Scheme, 2011 to the victims’ families.
