Longding : A district that reels with grim despondency

LONDGING:  One of the easternmost districts of the state which has always felt dejection by the state government still reels in pathetic condition.  The locals have always highlighted issues pertaining to the basic necessity of the regions. In the year 2019 the students rose up against the acute shortage of teachers,  In the year 2020, the office of the circle officer seemed abandoned in the wilderness.

The promises of infrastructural development and modernization have not been met hitherto.

However, the concerned MLA Tanpho Wangnaw did inaugurate a new sub-center hospital at Niausa village on 19 August 2021, he has given his assurance for the structural development in the district and urged the denizens to co-operate in a democratic way.

The sources in Longding informed Team SPACE that the Longding district still reels in a fashion of the late 90s and early 20s, The covid norms also have been violated many a time, especially at the Bank premises. 

"bank wala time me nai atahe, Public pareshan hoke bettai, aur barish ka karan bhi thikse kharane ka bhi jaga nahi tha kia bolega" the sources stated.

sources informed that in march 2021Minister Health & Family Welfare, Women & Child Development and Social Justice Empowerment & Tribal Affairs Alo Libang had a visit to check the condition of healthcare facilities and looked at the confronting condition.

Further, the sources informed that the continuous negligence from the government and irresponsibility of the people has thwarted Longding to progress like any other district of Arunachal Pradesh, However, the netizens still live with an aspiration of progress along with time, since few development works have been witnessed.

Each and every one of government officials are that much cunning and clever to wipe each penny of public into their accounts. They don't give respect to public unless the person comes for planning about bribes or wiping money. The cost of beer is 60 at Itanagar till now where as the price of beer recently dropped from 80 to 60. Even the non Apst shop keeper are linked with High table members so to collect more money in the name of holy corona. Once I was caught for not wearing a helmet but suddenly I saw myself that same police person let his friends to ride bike without helmets. Even in queue the government officials crossed the whole queue and will enter before the public in ecah and every time.
