Impact of Pandemic on Solung Festival in the State and citizen's hope

STATE: The intrusion of covid-19 since 2020 has brought in a paradigm shift in every aspect of life, especially where the event needs a gathering. Festivals and celebrations have never been complete and accomplished without the people's participation. All the important festival of the state indulges participation of the masses on which the Covid Pandemic totally thwart it from happening.
Solung festival ADI which is supposed to be celebrated a week-long in every Adi dominated area, unfortunately, have to limit the days and number of masses due to the pandemic. Solung has been celebrated in minutes pockets of Roing, Pasighat, Itanagar and many other Adi inhabited lands.

Citizen's Hope and the perpetual Pandemic
Dismayed, and disquietude prevailed among the people of Arunachal Pradesh, the year 2020 had been harsh on everyone, no celebration had its pomp and show wherein every citizen hitherto had just been hitting the sack, sleep like a log and wake up with self bolstering.
Five or Ten years from now no one would ever want to reminisce the disheartened mayday of 2020.
The year 2021 was welcomed with great anticipation of the end of the Pandemic but it rather brought in the variant and phases of the covid which jolted each and every individual of the state.
Locals, NGOs, administration, and the government along with the covid frontline workers did the best they could in all aspects to contain the spread of the virus.
On 1st September the state government has released a notification pertaining to the state-wide lifting of the curfew, wherein all the activities would start functioning normally.
The state government's order has brought in a ray of hope for the citizens living in grim since 2020 to have witnessed this cloud nine bolstering statements.
