"Immediately Transfer Commissioner Education Smt.Niharika Rai (IAS) within 15 Days" bellowed ANSU while addressing the Press on Monday

ITANAGAR: On a press briefing on 1st November 2021, team ANSU had addressed demands that would result in affirmative outcomes for the community & society as a whole. While highlighting the points, ANSU outrightly requested the state government to transfer the sitting Commissioner of Education Smt. Niharika Rai.

Team ANSU led by its Gen secy Shri Gora Rikam on Monday at the APC hall addressed the state media on their burgeoning issues and highlighted some demands through their stipulated points.
Submitted 14 Points on 11th August 2021, addressed to the Hon'ble Education Minister
General Secy ANSU Shri Goram Rikam highlighted that the union had held a significant federal meeting at the DK Convention with addressing the challenges for all-around development and safeguarding the interest of the Nyishi community.
The meeting was reportedly held on the 28th of October 2021.
"Education sector was one of the genuine points where we have given much stressed on" added Rikam.
Having said that the ANSU Gen Secy further stated, "Similarly we had submitted 14 point memorandum, addressing to the Hon'ble Education Minister, on 11th of August"
- Immediate Cancellation of Notice inviting Tender
- Demand for Fund for the Teacher Welfare Association
- Immediate recruitment of TGT/PGT Teachers in the vacant institution
- Start offline classes
- Revoke DBT System
- Introduce uniform fee structure in Private school education.
- Teacher Activity Center required
- Permanent Office building for DDSE
- Proper Land demarcation for schools for proper land allotment
- Special package for up-gradation of school in Nyishi dominated regions
- Introduction of Nyishi dress in Nyishi inhabited district (vocal for local)
- Immediate regularization of 400 SSA teachers.
- Closure of Zero enrollment in defunct schools

Submitted Reminder letter, addressed to the hon'ble Education Minister.
The union left with no reply on the submitted 14 Points went on to submit a reminder letter to the education minister on 31st August 2021 and successfully got an appointment.

Further Gen Secy stated, "in the meeting, we were assured of resolving the issues from the education minister and the commissioner present, but the reply seems to be nowhere availed by us hitherto"
"We want an immediate transfer of the Commissioner Education Smt Niharika Rai(IAS) within 15 days, having failed to answer to the demands asserted by the union _added Rikam (Gen secy)
"One person should not hold multiple posts "added Rikam while alleging Niharika Rai being an IAS, holding multiple designations in the department.
The commissioner Education Smt Rai is not fit for the post, stated the Vice President ANSU Shri Rikam Yangfo while mentioning the despondency the union is reeling under.
"she must be immediately transferred" he further added
An immediate drop of the criminal case charged against ANSU
The Vice President of ANSU, Rahim Yangfo stated, "there is no logic behind the Special cell in the secretariat to FIR against us"
"Yeh kia saajis he lagtai, Kyu, CM ANSU ko bulatha hain, aur uske baat team ANSU ko FIR file kartai CM ka security cell log" bellowed Yangfo while bellowing against the illogical FIR filed against the union.
"We were complimented by the HCM Khandu for taking initiatives in the education sector but after the meeting, the security cell acted not aware of the ANSU's appointment with CM, we felt really insulted"__bellowed Yangfo
The union had further given an ultimatum of 15 days to the state government to be answerable or face a massive democratic movement.
