How will the Kabul Airport be Run?

INTERNATIONAL: With the US soldier's withdrawal from the country, the Taliban seems to have consolidated their regime. Lately, the new government has decided to control everything that is needed to run the country with all might wherein few Talibanis soldiers were seen taking pictures inside the Kabul ATC tower.
It is the Hamid Karzai International airport in Kabul, Afghanistan, that the Taliban shall run from now.
Earlier on Monday the Taliban spokesperson boastfully stated that," Our fighters and special forces are capable of controlling the airport and we do not need anyone’s help for the security and administrative control of the Kabul airport,”
Now, will run the airport’s logistics?
As far as the US is concerned, State Department spokesman Ned Price said that it was “essentially giving the airport back to the Afghan people”.
In recent weeks, NATO played a key role, with its civilian personnel taking care of air traffic control, fuel supplies and communications.
The Taliban had asked Turkey to handle logistics while they maintain control of security and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said his country was still assessing the offer.
With all the skilled manpower of Afghanistan fled their country, only left are the frightened and terrified citizens with men in guns all over the street and political apartments.
Many other nations have urged the Taliban to take help from them for skilled manpower to run the airport, but the Taliban kept on insisting.
If at all Taliban wants to be renowned and recognized with their legitimate government, then it has to have a safe working airport and be less hostile to the foreign nationals.
The US Federal Aviation Administration says Kabul airport no longer has air traffic control services after the withdrawal of the US military, adding that US civilian aircraft were prohibited from flying in Afghanistan’s airspace unless they obtain prior permission.
