ITANAGAR: On the 28th of October 2021, the second Kalikho Pul Table Tennis Championship commenced in a stupendous manner. The opening witnessed the presence of Hon'ble Sport and Youth Affairs Minister Mama Natung, Hon'ble MLA Anjaw Mrs Dasangla Pul, Hon'ble MLA Pangin Shri Ojing Tasing, and many other guests and sportspersons.

The 2nd Kalikho Pul Table Tennis Championship held at Siddhartha Hall was inaugurated by the Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Mama Natung. As always the Minister motivated the youths and the Table Tennis lovers and urged the youths to avoid menaces of drugs and rather focus on sports.

"Aapne 2010 se leke 2021 tak aapne dobara Table Tennis championship conduct kia, aur apke netrit me Arunachal keliye bronze medal hasil kia, yeh bohot hi Garv ki baat hain, isko maintain banaye rakiye " Stated Natung while addressing the gathering.

Further, Natung assured all assistance to make the sport a successful field of the state and while addressing all the media houses he futher urged everyone atleast focus on body movemnent rather than doing nothing and indulging in menaces. Hon'ble MLA Anjaw , Dasangla Pul also spoke on the occasion where she lauded the Sports Minister of the state on providing his valuable presence at the championship. "Humare energetic Mama Natung sir ke office me main gaye they, humare batanese pehle , unhone kaha arey kyu nahi pehle khelatha tha esa hi khelaiye, hum bhi sport ko barawa detahe, jab bhi aap tournament organize karega ,humko ek hafta advance bata dijiye, sir ne esa assurance kia, sir ko theh dil se dhanyabad dena chahunga, sir ne bolnese pehle hi haah kardia" stated Pul while addressing the gathering and lauding Natung.
