FIR against CRO President & Customer by the Mughal Garden Management

ITANAGAR: On 9th September 2021, a video went viral claiming unhealthy food served by the staff working in the capital's most prominent restaurant "Mughal Garden". Pertaining to that event the Mughal Garden Management has filed an FIR against the President CRO and the Customer named Tadar Kaming.
Why on the News?
The 9th of September 2021, when one of the most prominent restaurants, where hundreds of customers have set their foot in and had their stomachs filled once in a while, engulfed in an astounding and unprecedented menace, a Customer named Tadar Kaming was found to have turned dismayed owing to the unhealthy food he had been served, he took that moment Live on his Facebook account, which went viral all over the social media.
Tadar was seen & heard interrogating the staff working inside the kitchen wherein the staff had accepted that the food that he served was from the previous day.
The matter was taken to the Consumer Rights Organisation wherein the Management of the alleged restaurant had to be answerable to the CRO& to the Customer.
What is the Update Now?
On 25th September 2021, The representatives from the Restaurant's management team had addressed to the press pertaining to the aforesaid issue. The representative stated, "they have come to speak on behalf of their client to the media and spill the truth which needs to be known and heard for customer awareness purposes.
The representatives made it clear that they have filed an FIR against the President CRO and the customer Tadar Kaming for involving in forceful extortion and kidnapping of the restaurant staff on 15th September 2021, the same day wherein the discussion for settlement had to take place in Doimukh.
Representatives added that the alleged customer Kaming had claimed he had suffered from food poison but no proper evidence of the doctor's prescription was found, he just had a few bill receipts from the Pharmacy.
Kaming approached the CRO President Achu Bagang and was instigated by him for further steps, added the representatives of the Mughal Garden management.
The representatives claimed they have all the needed proof and evidence to show that both of the alleged persons have done a heinous and mischievous crime.
"humare pass call record he , video clips he , hum sab dikha saktehe" bellowed the representatives.
Kaming tried to ask an amount of Rupees Fifty thousand (50,000) but was later lowered to 35,000 to 45,000 Rs.
The Mughal Garden management had tried to settle things in an amicable way but it was alleged that on 15th September while in the process of the discussion held at Doimukh, the alleged kidnapped and locked the restaurant staff for 3 hours and began demanding money. "this is extorsion" stated the Representatives.
The FIR was filed in the Doimukh Police Station.
The representatives stated, "In the FIR it is clearly written that alleged customer Tadar Kaming has pleaded for forgiveness and he also seems to have clarified that he has done everything instigated by the President Consumer Right Organisation Shri Achu Bagang"
