Constitution Day 2021 Celebrated: HCM Khandu read out the Preamble at Civil Secretariat

Hon'ble CM Pema advocated his rare privilege and honour to commemorate the day by reading out the Preamble to the masses present at the gathering.
Commencing with "We the people of India........." Khandu reminded the citizens of the value of the words enshrined in the preamble of India that the makers have constituted ages ago.
He posted, "We will come and go; what remains largely unchanged is the constitution of India"
Further HCM Khandu launched the book "Heroes of Arunachal" which shall be taught for standards 6 and 7, to make the pupil acquainted with the history of the state's own legends.
RECAPITULATION
India celebrates November 26 every year as ‘Constitution
Day’ or ‘Samvidhan Divas’ to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of
India. On November 26, 1949, India had adopted the Constitution which later
came into effect on January 26, 1950. Today, the country marks the 72nd
anniversary of the historic event that also marked the dawn of a new era back
in 1949.
"WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens:
JUSTICE, social, economic and political;
LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;
EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all
FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation;
IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November 1949, DO HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION"
