Assam to witness ease in the Covid-19 Restriction from Nov1: HCM Sarma

North-East: Lately on the release of the PTI, it was notified that the HCM Himanta Biswa Sarma shall ease the Covid-19 Restriction in the state of Assam.
What is the Update?
The HCM Sarma on Monday stated his government shall make an effort to revive the Tourism sector which had been badly hurt due to the unprecedented Covid -19 Pandemic across the state and the country.
The state Assam shall witness ease in the Covid restrictions and the lift of restriction has been envisaged by Sarma government Assam that it will boost the downthrown Tourism industry.
Its neighbouring state Arunachal Pradesh had already taken a step ahead, in the month of March the Pema Khandu government had also aspired to boost back the Tourism sector by launching a flagship called "Dekho Apna Pradesh" but the abrupt surge of Covid led to halting the process, however, the state of Arunachal Pradesh is experiencing Lockdown free environment with the compulsory following of the Covid SOPs
On the Other hand, the State of Assam shall experience lifting of restrictions from November 1 2021 as the pandemic situation in the state has considerably improved.
Addressing a state government programme on the occasion of World Tourism Day, HCM Himanta Biswa Sarma announced a relief package of Rs two lakh each to 142 tour operators and Rs 25,000 each to 605 guides to overcome losses due to the pandemic.
