Arunachal Vocational Education Teachers’ Association (AAVETA) served 20 days ultimatums to the state government to fulfill their two points demands

ITANAGAR: The All Arunachal Vocational Education Teachers’ Association (AAVETA) has lately stated addressed their grievances on a press briefing wherein the AAVETA has sought to regularization of the vocational teachers.
The president of AAVETA has put forward certain grievances:
1) The salary hike for the teachers of RMSA AND SSA wherein the Vocational Teachers remains deprived
AAVETA observed that the government has gone for the salary hike for teachers of RMSA and SSA and not for Vocational Teachers wherein the vocational teachers were also inducted through the RMSA. Boria Pangu, President AAVETA stated, "yeh kais bedbhaw hain" while expressing the distress of the deprived vocational teachers.
2) The regularization of the Vocational Teachers as per the BJP's Manifesto:
The All Arunachal Vocational Education Teachers’ Association (AAVETA) has sought “one-go regularization of vocational teachers as per the last election manifesto of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).”
Pangu mentioned that the government has given in written that the employees working under contingency and contractual teachers shall be entertained with monthly and regular salaries and GPF benefits with the retirement plans but the vocational teachers have been totally deprived of this facility. Arunachal Vocational Education Teachers’ Association (AAVETA) served 20 days ultimatums to the state government to fulfill their two points demands thereafter if the State government failed to heed their demands the AAVETA will be compelled to go for a democratic movement.
