STATE: The land of rising sun got its most awaited APPSCCE 2020 result wherein the top-ranked was snatched away by an equally hardworking aspirant viz Anmol Singh, however, the news didn't go well among the various indigenous masses. "Whoever is happy will make others happy too" as quoted by Anne Frank doesn't seem to fit in when the tribal-dominated state is faced with a ranker who tends to be from other states. "Give us the tools, and we will finish the job" as Winston Churchill quotes, deem fit among the union body "Save Arunachal Save Indigenous" when they slammed the authorities for not giving criteria for an upper hand to the indigenous inhabitants of the state.
In-Depth
The SASI, a union body that has always been vocal and been affirmative on its stand when it comes to the matter pertaining to the indigenous community, slammed the authorities and the state government for failing to provide criteria wherein the indigenous candidates could get an upper hand.
The body officials with a conversation with the SPACE had stated, " We are happy for the topper who has cracked the state's most prestigious examination but disheartened to not able to see our candidate on the ranked one "
The team SASI expressed despondency over the trend that's going on within the system of Arunachal Pradesh, "we said it before that if the commission bring in UPSC pattern of style in the civil service examination, the Non-Apst will definitely get the upper hand, our people are no less but we are just emerging, not many are in the stage where we can compete with the outsiders"
Further speaking to the SPACE Media, the team SASI bellowed that " If this goes on, the day is not far when the tribal-dominated region would be over-ruled by the outside, now in business and tomorrow in the administration."
"Every state has their own manner of conducting the civil service examination and Arunachal Pradesh must also abide by its own rule and not take UPSC pattern which thwarts the indigenous from acquiring the upper hand in competition" added the team SASI.
SASI claimed that the reason for Anmol Singh to be the topper is because he got the upper hand.
"Long back we had already asked the commission to adhere to the state's own old pattern of the syllabus, except the CSAT in preliminary, but the commission went for UPSC pattern and today we can see how our people could not make it to the top rank, we are very sad to see, we are very disheartened to see Non-APST as the state topper" added team SASI.
According to the commission the seat has been distributed where 20% is kept or General Candidates wherein the APST candidates would also be included, but 80% is specifically for the APST candidates.

Just copy pasting UPSCE won't serve the purpose, though it was the easy way out. But the APPSC need to contemplate, introspect and finally do some brainstorming in putting up a comprehensive syllabus for the arunachalee student. Rather since it had completely in toto copy pasted upsce syllabus, obviously more non apst (delhi coached) student shall have upper hand . More shall invade in future.SON of SOIL shall always be deprived in their own land, with such anti tribal, anti apst syllabus. Every state commission exam has got atleast 30 percent state specific question or language paper. APPSCE doesn't have northeast/Arunachal related subjects!?? Its total absurd and lackadaisical attitudeon their part who made such syallbus. Hope arunachalee student can compete with the NON-APST(2021 topper is a VISION IAS instructor) in future????

APPSC must include topics like ARUNACHAL Pradesh history ,ARUNACHAL geography, economics, polity etc in the syllabus. If not what is the use of calling it ARUNACHAL Pradesh civil service better change it also as union public service commission (UPSC).
