With the follow up of the previous
news on the uproar against the Arunachal Pradesh Marriage and Inheritance of
Property bill 2021 across the social media, the team ANYA (All Nyishi youth
Association) has once again raised their
anchor to sail against the drafted
proposal of the most debated aforesaid bill.
The team ANYA led by President,
Byabang Joram Dui vehemently condemned the bill quoting Article 39 of the
Bill in particular.
Article 39 mentions the “Rights
of an APST woman married to Non-APST on immoveable Property owned and acquired
by her”
ANYA President Byabang Joram Dui stated, “since 2019 they have submitted a proposal for cancellation of ST Certificate in the context of those women married to Non-APST but Hitherto the response seems to be a distance away from reality"
He further stated, "Humlog ne mang kia tha unlog ka bacha ko yaha me property rights nahi milnahe, uska ST ,PRC ko cancel karne ka humlog ne mang kiahe, aur yaha Article 39 me Apst aurat jo Non APST me jo chalagya he unlog ko property rights dene ka mang kia he, actually humlog issh system ko koi oppse nahi he, inter-marriage system ko leke humlog khush he, kyuki isse humlog ka relation jo bharta hain, acha lagtahe, and sawal isime hain, abhi humlog personally kisiko oppose nai karahahe he, lekin yeh humlog ka larki jo bahar chalagya hain ek demand kartai ,humlog ko property chaiye bolke, yes we agree, and yaha Arunachal me aajtak esa baat nai aya he ki apna beti ko property nahi dega , beta ko sirf dega ,beti ko nahi dega bolke esa aaj tak kuch esa hua bhi nahi he aur hoga bhi nahi , Kyuki bacha jo he equal he ,humlog bhi jantahe, lekin jo Non APST me jatahe unlog ka ST defintitely cancel hotahe, kyuki woh husband ka community ke saath miljatahe aur enjoy bhi karnahe, lekin humara Arunachal me bohot saara para likha lady log he , college time apna community ko chorke inter marriage jo karta hain, lekin baadm me unka satisfied nahi hoke , apna husband ka taraf se koi ha nai miltahe woh frustration hoke, apna divorce karke yaha wapas atahe, toh unlog jo do taraf me fas jatahe, aur fasne ka baad me,unka do-tin bacha hojatahe, toh unka bacha na idhar ka na udhar ka hojatahe, toh yeh claim karleta he ki hum Arunachalee hain, esa karke property claim kartahe, toh humlog team ANYA yeh isko oppose kartahe, aur yehsab ka ST ko cancel karnahe"
ANYA President further clarified that the woman groups who are involved in such belong to the section of the group who are either a divorcee or who has been married with the Non-APST, he even claimed of taking out the names but he would better restrain from doing such to maintain harmony, but if the situation requires he will.
Joram appealed the government to congenially look at such sensitive issue and not let the community gets divided on such issue, and stated "Apna local aurat jo yaha he unka issues ko suniye jo bahar shadi karke chalagya unka mat suniye"
Joram urged the woman commission to have a fruitful discussion and debate over the bill with CBOs and other community bodies instead of involving in tete-a-tete".
Citing the BEFR 1873 Joram urged everyone to keep adhering to it, those who go outside shall have their ST cancelled.
Joram further stated, "aap agar chetry me gaya he toh chetry me rehna hain, south indian me gaya he south indian rehna he , yahame mera clan ka title leke nai bethna he, jaha aap shadi kia apka Non-APST husband ka culture enjoy karke bethnahe" apna Arunachalee larki log ko appeal he ki bahar mat jao, aap deko kitna log bahar jake wapas atahe,, kyuki unlog ko frustration miltahe"
Having asserted, Joram also warned of particularly mentioning the name who happens to table the bill in the legislative assembly., because he/she would be responsible for the unprecedented calamities.
loquaciously engaging in the sensitive talk, he further admonished cancellation of Schedule Tribe of every indigenous individual who converted themselves to Hindu-Christianity-Muslim, etc, one must not leave their indigeneity.
