AAPSU welcomes the statement of the state government ,Terms it "Historic"

On Wednesday, Aug 25, 2021, The pristine student body group of Arunachal Pradesh viz, AAPSU bestowed a befitting welcome to the statement given by the state government on the community of Chakma-Hajong.
Lately, the HCM Pema Khandu delivered a bold statement pertaining to the deportation of 60,000 Chakma-Hajong communities from Arunachal.
Gen.Secy AAPSU, Shri Tobom Dai stated," Our prolonged fight and struggle against the immigrant of aforesaid communities has finally seen a ray of light, for an amicable solution from the state government"
Dai sublimely quoted the HCM Khandu's statement as "Historic".
Dai clarified that they might not be acquainted with the ultimate way forward on this event but gave assurance that the state government has given a clear indication.
Gen Secy Tobom Dai reflected his despondency by mentioning, "some chakma-Hajong leaders who are trying to Galvanise the entire event, doesn't even live in Arunachal & are not aware of the system here, they live in the epitome of facilities in the places like Delhi and elsewhere and baffle their own masses here in the state"
Dai has requested the Hon'ble PM Modi & and Hon'ble HM Amit shah to strengthen the opinion of the HCM Khandu, he also urged the central leaders to make this statement turned into reality.
He encouraged the Chakma-Hajong community to not give heed to the leaders who never visited the state but gobbles every little earning of the community into their pockets and enjoy in the cities, Dai asked the Chakma-Hajong brethren to refrain from false agendas and instead welcome the historic approach of the state government to finally bring an amicable solution.
Gen secy further stated, "if you accept the solution, you will be able to live like a proud national citizen but if you refrain from the solution, you must be aware that you can never be accepted as one among the indigenous communities of the state, we are already a protected state and your stay will never make any change to it"
Dai spoke to the press that since the 1960s the demography of the Chakma-Hajong community has increased by leaps and bounds surpassing the local community like Singphos, Khampti, Mishmis, Tangsas, etc.
Citing the recent example of the Khatan village and the belligerent nature of the Chakmas, Dai expressed that as unacceptable. He further went on to say,"humlog ka toh sirf yehi hain, but chakmas has many places to live, they have the international diaspora"
AAPSU President, Hawa Bagang also praised the government's strong approach towards the Chakma-Hajong issue.
Bagang said, 'When the union law & Justice Minister and the state HCM has said something to bring a solution , your community should respect and adhere to it"
He further went to say, "Kabtak hue and cry karte rehega? Kabtak apas me larte rehega? Aplog provoke mat jiiye, jitna karega uthna aaplog ko problem hoga, bohot soch samaj ke govt ne yeh kadam liya he, thousand years me bhi nai milega, samjalo apna community ko"
Bagang said AAPSU will make a plan to visit them in the days to come.
Deputy CM as the chairman of the committee formed should continue doing so and not turn back.
"Don't be misguided by the central leaders" concluded Mr.Bagang
